Three Dragon Stories

But it's amazing because, you know, the next generations have never encountered Father. So, the iconographic tradition is a way for the next generations to connect with the mythical stories that surround Father. The Chungmonim birth story is one of them with the white dragons. We were doing this research because I'm working on these projects. Then I did Father's life course story in the paintings with the Queen. I did a 12 -piece painting set and then also I did some big ones, like huge ones with the tiger in a cave and then the white dragon ones. Those are in the sanctuary but the point is this artistic tradition is now level up, game up.
So, we had the white dragon story
And then also, we didn't know that, but Shigeru's father-in-law, who's right there, Professor Kwon, was doing some research on the dragon stories. And in Father's words, he found more.
Father talks about it in His word. That when he was eight years old, Choong-mo nim, that’s his mom. His mother came to Him and said, Basically, "you're going to have a big, heavy responsibility; you're going to have a big mission.“ You know, something like that (difficult to
translate due to the lack on nuances in the English language).
Father was eight years old. He recounts this in the work, that when He was eight years old, His mom sat Him down and said, “You have a big responsibility. When you were in the womb, I had another vision.” In that part of North Korea, there was a typhoon, a big kind of storm that they got hit with, and she was going towards her relatives.
She had to pass this mountain. What was the name of the mountain? Mount Chae Seok in North Korea. I don't know how big it is, I don't know how it looks like. But while Choong-mo nim was passing, she had a vision. She saw two golden dragons coming out from the earth, and they started riding this mountain in the typhoon. And then those golden dragons bowed to her womb. It was not like the white dragon. These were golden dragons. We never heard about this. The Korean people never told us about that one. Y 'all probably never heard about that one.
Yeah, this is another one. We understand. Dragon means China, and China is the slave master, so we hate China, we hate the dragons, even though they appear to Father’s story and they're bowing to Father. That's kind of a big thing. You missed out a big detail there. That's an important thing.
That's like the slave master is bowing down, you understand? The emperor is bowing down. That's kind of an important point that I would like to have known, okay?
And then there's another one. Father recounts another story. When Father was in the womb, His granddaddy had a vision from the ocean; two dragons came out from the ocean, bowing to the baby. Have you ever heard of this? Neither did I. But we found it. We have all the scripture
references, etc. It was quite exciting to see that. I said, “Wow! Baby, this is unbelievable,” because this is now like 105 years after that, right?
But those prophecies are for now. They're for Now. They're for this moment right now when Father's Kingship is in China. This is what it was for. Unbelievable. (Applause)
When I meet these people in China, the first thing, I say is, “Did you know that when True Father was born, the white dragons came, and they bowed? Then the golden dragons came, and they bowed. And the sea dragons came up, and they bowed”. And they don't know what the hell I'm talking about, but they're like, “Oh, oh, wow”. They don't know who is True Father Sun Myung Moon.
This first person I met, I said, “Hey, did you know that the dragons came and bowed to True Father?” They were like, “dang!”
They don't believe in physical dragons like that, obviously, right? Chinese people are not stupid. East Asians and Ashkenazi Jews have the highest IQ in the world, so, when they have freedom, they will perform well. They will perform very well. They will outperform most nations if they have freedom and not this crazy tyranny. But the point is, they're not stupid people.
Don't think that just because they're pagans, they're stupid. They all have 100 IQ. These people are not stupid. But they're open to the spirit world, you understand? There's a difference, right? They're open to the spirit world. So, when they hear a story like that, “Oh, what is that? What is that? What is that with the dragon? Who is this True Father Sun Myung Moon? “
